Before joining Happy Plates, Hari led Britannia’s Bakery Division as Head of Sales, where he spearheaded strategic initiatives across product categories, optimized distribution networks, and significantly increased market share. His expertise spans retail and institutional sales, category management, GTM strategy, and large-scale B2B operations.
